Property
Property is conceptualized as one having ownership which cannot be generally defined. Similar to most traditional ideas which draw a great deal of public attention, common use of property vastly varies. Property generally means that it is 'ones own thing' and points to the connection between the objects which are believed to be their own and free will to use as desired. Property implies both "rights and obligations" of the property owner, as defined by various laws, such as trademark, patent, copyright, and liabilities. Private property belongs to a sole person whereas public property belongs to community as a whole or a State.
