Biography
Kaitlin is a third-year transfer English major hailing from Bakersfield, California. Additionally, she has contributed to the Daily Nexus, most recently in an opinion piece regarding the war in Iraq, and subsequent protests. When not hitting the books, Kaitlin is an active member of the UCSB College Republicans. Prior to transfer, she held the position of chair in Bakersfield, California. Highlights included organizing a carwash that raised over six thousand dollars intended for care packages for troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Future goals include the possibility of contributing to whatever magazine will take her, along with pursuing law. However, only time will tell.
